Isaac Russo joined the \Ki’netik\ FITNESS team at the end of 2016. He is an ACE certified personal trainer with over 2 years of powerlifting and 3 years of bodybuilding experience. This experience allows Isaac to spot and correct our members on form and ensure that the exercises are done correctly for best results.
When not in the gym training others or taking a class, Isaac keeps the active values of \k\ FITNESS by competing in physique competitions, 5ks, and mud runs. Both Isaac and fellow trainer Kyle Kinley along with some fearless \Ki’netik\ FITNESS members participated in the June 2017 SAVAGERACE. In September 2017, Isaac will be competing in his second physique competition.

Kyle Kinley joined the \ki’netik\ FITNESS team in 2017.
Kyle is a certified personal trainer through Ben Greenfield's Superman program and through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). While being relatively new in the health and fitness industry, his extravagant passion for learning and teaching anything related to improving health makes him an old pro.
After finishing his associate's degree in architectural drafting and design, Kyle decided to travel the world. He first discovered his passion for health, fitness, and longevity on a 2015 trip to Phuket, Thailand. During this trip, he trained in the martial art of Muay Thai at the Tiger Muay Thai camp for 3 months. Upon returning home, he decided to share his passion and earn his certification. Everyone at \ki’netik\ is thrilled that he did!
Kyle was born and raised in Bellefonte and has always enjoyed being physically active. When not training at the gym, he enjoys outdoor activities such as Tough Mudders and Spartan races.
Kyle teaches our kettlebell classes on Saturdays.

Bill Hessert began at \ki’netik\ FITNESS as a member in March 2011. Talk about drinking the “\k\ool-aid” – since then, Bill has lost nearly 70 pounds and went from doing his first ever 5k in 2011 to completing five marathons and several more half-marathons. To celebrate his 50th birthday, Bill ran Walt Disney World’s inaugural Dopey Challenge in January 2014, which consists of a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon in just four consecutive days!
This transformation prompted Bill to make a career change – he received his personal trainer certification from the very well respected, National Academy of Sports Medicine in May 2013, when he officially became a member of the \ki’netik\ FITNESS coaching staff. Bill obtained his run coaching certification from Road Runners Club of America in June 2014.
As Bill likes to tell others, being a fitness coach gives him the perfect opportunity to “pay it forward.” “Being part of the \ki’netik\ community transformed my life in ways I never thought were possible,” he says. “Being able to help others reach their goals is just my way of saying thank you.”
Bill also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lycoming College, a master’s degree in journalism from Temple University, and sometimes finds some time to do a little freelance writing. He, his wife Jennifer and their English setter pup Remy live in Patton Township.
