Ki’netik Classic
Large Group

The class that started it all. Our coaches take you through a whole-body, fast-paced mix of cardio and weight training for the ultimate body-shaping and fat-burning workout.

Tier One 

These workouts include weight lifting and cardio combos that are designed specifically to torch fat, build strength—and get you in great shape.

Power
half-hour

We took our Ki’netik Classic workout and condensed it from 50-minutes to 30. This is ideal for people on the go that want to get the full benefits of our program in less time.

Small Group

These sessions are by appointment only. Each individual works with a trainer to create goals and receive the motivation to meet each of their unique needs.

H.I.I.T.

If you love the idea of a fun, fat-burning class that’s short and sweet, then this is for you. This 20-minute workout is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Master’s Class

Our Saturday morning wake-up call! These classes will make you feel good about getting up and completing an intense workout before lunch. Each week is different, but the results are the same—sweat, smiles, and satisfaction.

Yogalates

This Saturday morning fusion of yoga and Pilates will make your weekend a joy. Get your stretch on while you work your core.
