Ki'netik Classic/Large Group
The class that started it all. Our fitness coaches take you through a whole-body, fast-paced mix of cardio and weight training for the ultimate body-shaping and fat-burning workout.

Tier One
These workouts include weight lifting and cardio combos that are designed specifically to torch fat, build strength and get you in great shape.

Power Half-Hour
Take our Ki'netik Classic workout and condense it from 50-minutes down to 30. This is ideal for people on the go that want to get the full benefits of our program in less time.

Small Group
These sessions are by appointment only. Each individual works with a trainer to create goals and receive the motivation to meet them.

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)
If you love the idea of a fun and fat-burning class that's short and sweet, then this is for you. The 20-minute workout is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
