(O.M.G.) Optimal Metabolic Grind
These brutal 30-40 minute(Saturdays 60-75 min) weight lifting and cardio combo workouts are designed specifically to torch fat and get you in great shape quickly.
Take our Ki'netik Classic workout and condense it from 50-minutes down to 30. This is ideal for people on the go that want to get the full benefits of our program in less time.
15 minutes of stretching the most commonly tight areas of the body as well as addressing muscles used in previous workouts or the one to come. These short sessions are placed just before or just after some of our scheduled workouts.
Low Impact Functional Training (L.I.F.T.)
If you love the idea of a fun and fat-burning class but your feet or knees don't then this class is for you. This class has all the body-shaping and fat-burning benefits of our Ki'netik Classic workout without the running and jumping.
Want to get your kids in better shape in a fun environment. This 45-minute class is designed for kids of all fitness levels ages 8 through 12. They will develop strength and endurance while improving coordination, balance, and flexibility. Each class is guided by a certified fitness coach.
